Micah Crawford

Micah Crawford serves as Vice President of Marketing for Latin America at Milwaukee Tool, leading a diverse international team across product development, channel strategy, and brand marketing.

Outside of work, Micah is a dedicated community leader. He serves on the boards of Junior Achievement, Community First, and Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee—organizations focused on youth development, economic opportunity, and housing equity.

He is especially proud of his role as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Once guided by a Big Brother himself, Micah now mentors a young man named Leo, paying forward the support that helped shape his own path.

Micah’s story is one of transformation. After his teenage soccer dreams ended due to an injury and a brief time in jail led to placement in a group home, he found purpose through mentorship, education, and leadership. He has since lived in Panama, traveled to 29 countries, and will attend Harvard’s Young American Leaders Program in June.

Named one of Milwaukee Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and “People to Know in Manufacturing,” Micah is a role model in both business and community—proof that early setbacks can fuel lasting success.
