What started as a passion project in 2011 has grown into one of the country’s go-to sources for golfers of all skill levels to discover their new favorite course or plan their next golf trip.
Paul Seifert launched WiscoGolfAddict.com as a way to combine two of his favorite things – golf and writing. After nearly 17 years splitting time between WiscoGolfAddict and his corporate career, Paul finally made the leap in 2025 to pursue his passion full-time.
Born and raised in Hartland, he studied Marketing at UW-La Crosse and has called Menomonee Falls home since 2005, where he lives with his (amazing) wife, Kelly, and their two young kids, Charlie and Quinn.
Being based in Wisconsin has given Paul a deep appreciation for the state’s golf culture and community – something he tries to bring to life in every project.
WiscoGolfAddict partners with golf properties across the state and country to deliver high-end course and event photography, drone photo and video, social media content, in-depth course reviews and product recommendations.
From iconic destinations like Whistling Straits, Sand Valley and Erin Hills to under-the-radar public tracks and private clubs, Paul’s mission is to showcase what makes Wisconsin one of the best golf communities and destinations in the world.
The Milwaukee area has been the perfect launchpad for this next chapter – the people, passion and pride in local golf are second to none. Since going full-time, the response from the golf community has been incredibly energizing.
Paul has been working with dozens of courses this season alone, and he says it’s been amazing to see so many properties excited to collaborate, support his work and invest in their brand.
I’ve also loved partnering with Milwaukee Uncut as one of the original voices on their golf podcast series and seeing the incredible response from the local community – it’s a testament to how passionate and tight-knit the golf scene is here.
Whether through world-class photography, compelling drone content, social media storytelling or evergreen web features, Paul’s goal is to help clubs stand out and grow their reach. With availability opening up in August – and some stunning fall color opportunities on the horizon – he’d love to connect with more golf properties ready to tell their stories more loudly!
